Today I bring you a simple and quick idea to decorate the table at Christmas and that can also be used to place the guests.
It is about cutlery holders made with paper napkins and they will give a very Christmassy touch to the table.
This is how they are done:
Two models of napkins are used, with different patterns and of different sizes. The large ones that make up the cutlery holder must be at least 40 cm.
We begin by removing one of the folds of a large napkin, so that it remains folded only in half .
We fold the napkin up, but not in half, but lower. We turn around and fold one of the sides towards the center.
We also turn the other side towards the center.
We turn the napkin over and see that the cutlery holder has been formed.
We fold the other napkin so that we can put it in the bag that we have formed.
We write the names of the guests on cardboard strips and drill them at the ends. With a golden ribbon we surround the cutlery holder, add the labels and tie a bow. We can add a small green detail such as a sprig of laurel, pine or holly.
We place the cutlery and we already have the finished work.
