We often see sessions Smash the cake for the 1 year old baby. I even did it with my youngest and I talked about it in an article right here. Have you ever thought about making an adult smash the cake session? Think about it, sparkling wine and cake all to yourself!
In life, I believe that once you become an adult, you sometimes take yourself too seriously. I recently went to a networking event for my business and when I saw my photo I was shocked. I was going to look so serious … it almost seems like I was someone else who wanted to look professional. But I did not feel myself. I can look less stuck while being just as professional. Life is so short to stay serious.
This is precisely why for my birthday, I called on Le Sucre au Four and Hors Focus to create a session Smash the cake. Well yes, at 34 years old. I wanted to start the beginning of my 35e big year. And I want to say that life is a celebration and that we are fortunate to be alive. Let’s enjoy it! I’m someone who creates sweet memories. I am a festive and expressive person. This video / photo session was therefore perfect.

It’s the first time I’ve done business with a videographer! I thought it was really cool! In addition, Hors Focus also offers photography services, so it’s a good visual continuity. I have had so many beautiful photos that I have had trouble choosing which ones to show you.
So even adults can have fun in life and have a touch of madness. Life is too short to always be serious! Go hop, dare to celebrate and treat yourself by demolishing a cake!
Le Sucre Au Four offers online courses in cake and free videos on the same subject on its YouTube channel. Hors Focus offers photography and videography services to capture all your precious moments.
Cheers! Celebrate life!
